Information we use
We use the contact and project information you provide to assess fit, deliver agreed services, manage project records and meet legal or contractual obligations.
Project information
Project files remain confidential and are used only for the agreed service. We do not reuse customer documents in other projects. Information is shared with authorised delivery specialists only where needed to provide the service.
AI-assisted administration
We may use AI tools to extract text, suggest document categories, compare supplied comments with evidence and draft administrative material. AI is not permitted to invent certificates, testing, signatures, installed equipment or compliance claims. Substantive findings must be linked to source material or marked Not verified.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for the period needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting or contractual requirements. You can ask about deletion or retention of project information by contacting us.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable requirements. Do not submit sensitive project attachments through the fit-check form; secure project access is arranged separately when appropriate.
