These website terms outline the intended service model. A project-specific scope and agreement confirm the final work, dependencies and delivery arrangements.
Fit checks and diagnostics
A free fit check is an initial conversation only. The £295 Rejection Diagnostic is delivered within two working days after the agreed inputs are received. The diagnostic may be credited against a qualifying rescue project purchased within 14 days.
Rescue scope and fees
A Handover Rescue is quoted against the actual project information. The standard scope covers one project, one electrical package, up to 150 source files and 25 rejection points. A 60% payment is due before rescue work begins, counting the diagnostic payment toward that amount, with the remaining 40% due on delivery of the agreed submission-ready pack.
Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate source information, identify the responsible contractor and confirm authority before any supplier contact or submission. The responsible contractor confirms technical accuracy. Qualified specialists handle required testing, engineering and certification.
Important limitations
Handover Sorted provides document-control and correction-process support. We do not promise payment release, technical certification, acceptance by a reviewer or any outcome outside the agreed scope. Site visits, drawing production, technical remedial work, new requirements and additional projects require a separate quote.
Changes and corrections
Dependencies and missing information may affect delivery timing. We make our own assembly errors right without an additional charge. New rejection points or reviewer requirements outside the original scope are assessed before work proceeds.
