60% is collected before rescue work begins, counting the diagnostic payment toward that amount. The remaining 40% is collected on delivery of the agreed submission-ready pack. Fees exclude VAT where applicable.

What is outside this scope

We do not take on projects primarily blocked by defective installations, insolvency, disputed valuations or missing testing that needs a site visit. Drawing production, site visits, technical remedial work, extra projects and new requirements are separately quoted.

We correct our own document-assembly errors without charging. We do not guarantee reviewer acceptance or payment release.
